New boiler installation in Cumbernauld and Glasgow, fixed price from photos
Answer a few quick questions and add your photos. Ross replies with three boiler options, each at a fixed price. Most straightforward replacements can be priced from clear photos; Ross tells you if a survey is needed. The price you accept is the price you pay, unless something is found on site that could not reasonably have been seen, and any extra is agreed with you first.

Do I need a home visit?
Usually not. Most new boilers are quoted from your answers and photos. If the flue route, pipework or a conversion needs a closer look, Ross says so and books a short visit before you commit, so the price you accept is the price you pay.
Which of the three options should I choose?
Ross recommends one in your quote based on your home, bathrooms and how you use hot water. The lower-cost option suits smaller homes and tighter budgets. Premium suits larger homes with two or more bathrooms. The Vaillant or Glow-worm option in the middle is Ross's usual recommendation.
What happens on the day?
Ross arrives in the morning, protects the area, removes the old boiler, fits the new one with its flue and filter, cleans the system, fits the controls and CO alarm, then commissions and tests everything. He talks you through it before he leaves and registers the guarantee within 30 days.
Which boiler brands do you install?
Ross specialises in Vaillant and Glow-worm and, as a myREWARDS installer, can register eligible boilers for up to a 10-year parts and labour guarantee. If budget comes first, he fits dependable lower-cost makes with shorter guarantees. Worcester Bosch is fitted on request. Every option is installed to the same standard by Ross himself.
How long is the guarantee?
Up to 10 years, parts and labour, on eligible Vaillant and Glow-worm gas boilers fitted with the manufacturer's filter and registered by Ross within 30 days. It covers manufacturing defects, and stays valid as long as the boiler is serviced every year and the service is recorded in the Benchmark logbook. Lower-cost boilers carry shorter guarantees, often 5 years, and Worcester Bosch carries the manufacturer's standard guarantee, confirmed in your quote.
