How it works
Three steps.
- 01
Call Ross
Say what's happening and where you are. Message Ross on WhatsApp at any hour. Calls are answered during the day; at night he takes genuine emergencies, at an out-of-hours rate confirmed before he sets off.
- 02
Price first
The call-out is quoted before Ross sets off.
- 03
Made safe, assessed and repaired where possible
If a part or follow-on work is needed, Ross explains the next step and the price.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes. A call-out fee applies, and Ross confirms it before he sets off. Outside Ross's 10-mile radius of Cumbernauld, a travel charge may apply, confirmed before he sets off.
